Calathea leopardina, or  Shadow Plant, comes from Brazil. Unlike Calathea roseopicta and Calathea dottie, it has spots on each leaf and lightly pinnate leaves. Calathea leopard is suitable as an ornamental plant because it is pretty unique. Its leaves close at night and open in the morning.
